Where are you located? Our brick & mortar shop is based in the roping capital of the world: Wickenburg, Arizona. We've been proudly serving this tight knit community since 2020 - More about us here

Where do you get your vintage? Most of it comes in to us on consignment, but we're also avid thrifters. Cherry picking the best of the best for ya'll is what we do!

Can I consign if I'm out of state? Absolutely! We have lots of options for our out of state girlies. Just drop us a message.

Can you get that in my size?? Most of the pieces available on our site are available in an array of colors & sizes. When it comes to the vintage or collectible pieces, a lot of those are rare or one-of-a-kind. But if you'd like us to try and track something down, we are always happy to help! Love something that isn't available in your size? Don't worry, a re-stock is always right around the corner. We're happy to send you a reminder when it becomes available!

This of course is a little trickier with our pre-loved and vintage selection. But we're very good at tracking down those "wow" pieces if you're looking for something extra special.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

When can I expect my order?

  • Shipping from our shop: 2-3 days
  • Shipping from our trusted distributors: 5-7 days

Order confirmation & tracking info will always be provided!

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Shipping costs will vary though.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after original purchase of your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping back any returns within 5 days of requesting the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
